We are hiring Team and Solo CDL-A Drivers for long-mileage dedicated reefer freight.. Team Position. $1.00 per mile. Up to 7,500 miles per week. Solo Position. $0.80 CPM. Up to 3,500 miles per week. Additional Pay. $250/week for 34-hour reset. $150 layover pay. $20/hour detention pay after 3 hours (up to $150 per day). $50 per extra stop. DOT Inspection Bonuses.
Level 1: $750. Level 2: $500. Level 3: $300. Driver Referral Bonus. $1,000 for every qualified driver you refer. What We Offer. Dedicated lanes from Illinois to California and back. Consistent long-mile runs. Brand-new trucks (all major brands). Reefer trailers only. Direct deposit every Friday — no one-week hold. Escrow: $1,500 total ($250 deducted weekly). Requirements. Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience.
Clean driving record. No SAP drivers.
