Air Export Coordinator

Our client, a logistics company located by JFK Airport, is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join their growing company. This position is temp-to-hire and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn Ocean Export.

• Customer quotes
• Negotiating with airlines and carriers
• Booking shipments
• Coordinating pickups and warehouse activity
• Preparing airway bills and export documentation
• Communicating with customers and vendors
• Handling escalations
• Managing shipments through final departure

• 2+ years Air Export experience
• Cargo Wise preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
