Transportation Driver for Healthcare Company

Seeking a Reliable Healthcare Driver

Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious driver to transport passengers and medical supplies. The driver will operate company vehicles, follow all applicable driving laws and safety regulations, and travel along scheduled routes using maps or GPS when necessary. This position also includes assisting passengers and maintaining the cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles.

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

• Read, write, and speak English clearly enough to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Cooperate and communicate professionally with supervisors, family members, coworkers, and department heads.

• Demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a caring disposition.

• Relate to and work respectfully with patients of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

• Practice safe driving and follow verbal directions, maps, scheduled routes, and GPS navigation.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Be reliable, punctual, organized, and committed to professional conduct.

• Follow established schedules and adapt to route or schedule changes when needed.

• Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Safely assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.

• Communicate effectively by email.

• Be physically able to reach, stretch, bend, assist passengers, and sit for extended periods.

• Previous professional driving experience is preferred; training will be provided.

• Monitor vehicle condition, refuel as needed, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Keep vehicle interiors, windows, windshields, and mirrors clean and free of debris.

• Transport medical supplies and other company materials as assigned.

• Perform additional job-related duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in New York State.

• Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license and a safe driving record.

• Must be able to comply with all company, state, and federal driving requirements.
