O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure timely order deliveries;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards;
Ensure that all vehicle inspections are completed on time, with daily mileages entered into fleet devices;
Assist with front counter and retail counter duties as needed; support backroom duties and labor claims processing
