Overnight Sweeper Truck Driver / Property Maintenance

Schedule: Full-Time Overnight | Weekdays & Weekends
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

We are an established, family-owned and unionized company looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our overnight operations team.

This is more than a driving position. Our overnight team is responsible for maintaining commercial and retail properties throughout the region and plays an important role in the quality of service we provide our clients.

This is a full-time overnight driving and property maintenance position operating a parking lot sweeping truck.

Employees are assigned a designated route each night and travel between multiple commercial properties. You'll be expected to complete your route safely, efficiently, and thoroughly while maintaining communication with our operations team.

• Operating a parking lot sweeper truck between commercial properties
• Picking up trash and litter throughout parking lots and surrounding areas
• Emptying garbage cans and replacing liners
• Operating handheld blowers and other equipment
• Breaking down cardboard for recycling
• Performing general exterior cleaning and maintenance
• Logging arrival and departure from locations using a company-issued tablet
• Reporting property issues or concerns to management
• Completing assigned routes safely, thoroughly, and on schedule

Applicants must:

• Be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain this position as their only full-time job due to overnight scheduling, safety, and performance requirements
• Have a clean and valid driver's license - a driver abstract will be reviewed prior to hiring
• Have reliable personal transportation to and from our Pine Bush facility
• Maintain a working cell phone for communication
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to enter and exit a truck frequently throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Be punctual, dependable, honest, and self-motivated
• Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
