Truck-with-Plow Driver

Help keep commercial properties safe and operational this winter. Bison Services is hiring dependable Truck-with-Plow Drivers across our service areas.

• Operate company plow trucks during commercial snow and ice events.
• Qualified drivers may also operate dump trucks for snow hauling. CDL holders receive higher pay.

• Clean drivers license required; applicable motor-vehicle-record review is part of the hiring process.
• Comfortable operating company equipment in winter conditions, including overnight and early-morning shifts.
• Reliable cell phone required for necessary snow-operation apps and communication.
• Able to meet role requirements for employment onboarding.

• W-2 seasonal employment with competitive hourly pay,overtime opportunities, and a performance-based snowbonus.
• Paid training, including a company-wide Winter Kickoff Training Event in early November.

• On-scene Account Manager support focused on quality and safety, plus paid breaks on longer shifts.

• Qualified applicants receive a digital onboarding packet. Onboarding events can be arranged in all service areas to meet the needs of applicants who lack transportation.
