Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

Schedule: Weekday evenings (pre-scheduled) and every weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Flexibility is required based on the family's schedule.

Hours: Approximately 40+ hours per week, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional schedule changes.

Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, sick days, 401K with employer match, discretionary year-end bonus, and overtime pay after 40 hours.

Position Overview

A private family in Tribecca is seeking a professional, energetic, and service-oriented Driverto provide safe transportation for the family while supporting the overall operations of the household.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being part of a private household team. When driving responsibilities are complete, the successful candidate will assist with general houseman duties, errands, and household projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, trustworthy, flexible, and maintains a positive, "no task too small" attitude.

Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the principals and children to and from school, activities, appointments, and family engagements
• Drive throughout Manhattan and occasionally to surrounding areas as needed
• Assist with general houseman duties when not driving, including errands, household organization, deliveries, and light maintenance
• Support the household team with special projects and daily operations
• Assist with loading luggage, groceries, packages, and household supplies
• Ensure family vehicles are clean, fueled, serviced, and ready at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance appointments
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality while interacting with the family and guests

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Driver, Houseman, or similar role in a private residence preferred
• Clean driving record with excellent knowledge of Manhattan and surrounding areas
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and every weekend
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Trustworthy, dependable, and service-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a household team
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Professional, punctual, and highly reliable
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Valid U.S. work authorization
