Looking for a reliable sitter with their own car for our 4-year-old daughter, Monday–Friday. Morning arrival starting 7:00 AM at our home in East Flatbush, with school drop-off at PS 270 in Clinton Hill by 8:20 AM, plus daily pickup at 3:00 PM and transportation home from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Must have a safe driving record, reliable vehicle, and experience caring for young children.
Total time needed is 3 hours a day for pickup and drop off.
Applicant should have all of the following:
Has a valid driver’s license
Has a clean driving record
Has a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
Is a safe and confident driver, particularly in NYC/Brooklyn Is comfortable transporting a young child
Is punctual and dependable
Has strong references from previous childcare positions
Is patient, calm, and nurturing
Is comfortable helping a preschooler with morning and afternoon routines going to and from school
