Trans Force is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Vestal, NY.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Truck Driver Details

• Schedule:
  
  M-F, occasional Saturdays. 5AM - 7AM start,10 hour days.

• Pay: $28 Per Hour

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: empty bottles and cans

• Equipment: 48 ft rail gate dry van

• Handling:
  Heavy touch - moving bags of empty bottles and cans, weighing up to 50lbs per bag, into the truck

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Equipment
  
  Experience:
  
  Rail gate dry vans

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate 48ft rail gate dry vans on local routes

• Transport empty bottles and cans in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including carrying and loading bags of cans into the back of the truck

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50 pound bags and loading them onto the trailer
