CDL Drivers and Driver Helpers

Jessup, Maryland; and Westborough, Massachusetts. Team members work in a fast-paced environment that values safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Melville, NY for CDL Drivers and Driver Helpers. CDL Drivers are responsible for safely operating company trucks to deliver products to customer locations, following scheduled routes and delivery windows. Driver Helpers support drivers by loading and unloading products, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring items are handled with care. Both CDL Drivers and Driver Helpers maintain clean and organized trucks, follow all company and DOT safety standards, and provide courteous, professional service at each stop.

The role involves physical work, including lifting and moving product, and requires reliable attendance and teamwork.

• Commercial driving skills, including CDL Class A, CDL Class B and Truck Driving experience.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a Truck in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and company safety policies, with a strong commitment to compliance.
• Experience with Unloading, loading, and handling product in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass required background, MVR, and drug screenings.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and pallets throughout the workday.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality; flexibility to work overnight shift, weekends , or holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in food service or distribution is preferred but not required.
