* * We’re seeking a detail‐oriented, cool‐under‐pressure professional to coordinate real‐time emergency communications across NYC Transit. Working in a fast‐paced, 24/7 environment, you’ll relay incidents to Police, FDNY, NYCT responders, district teams, and management-ensuring information is accurate, timely, and complete.### Responsibilities
* Multi‐channel incident reporting
* Use Six Wire, email, and landline to deliver concise, real‐time alerts.
* Provide prompt follow‐up updates to management until incident resolution.
* Data & documentation
* Maintain comprehensive logs and databases of all incidents.
* Review, finalize, and file incident documentation in accordance with NYCT standards.
