Location: New York
Class A Tractor Containerized Driver
Job is located in Jamaica, New York, for Sams Moving and Overseas Shipping. The driver is responsible for moving container trucks in and out of the New York and New Jersey ports.
Responsibilities- Operate tractor-trailers carrying shipping containers within local routes.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of containers to and from the New York and New Jersey ports.
- Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating tractor‑trailers.
- Clean driving record: no DUIs and no at‑fault accidents in the last three years, with a maximum of one traffic ticket.
- No hazardous materials, tank, doubles/triples, or passenger endorsements required.
- Must be able to pass a company‑provided DOT physical.
- Pay: $75 per move (commission).
- Options for part‑time or full‑time work.
