Part-time person to restock my booth at Bryant Park Market; mornings ; access

This is an early morning job, from 7am - 10 or 10:30am. I'm seeking a part-time person to resupply my booths at the Bryant Park and Columbus Circle Holiday Markets. You will be resupplying five days a week (Thursday
- Monday), from October 25 - Dec 31.

Must be comfortable driving a few blocks from my storage locker (W. 29th & 11th Ave) to Bryant Park. Twice a week you'll continue on from Bryant Park to Columbus Circle and resupply there as well.

• Must have access to a vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Must be punctual, reliable and organized. There is a very limited window to drop off products at the holiday markets, so you must be on time to get everything delivered before we open for the day.
• Must be organized and proactive in storage. We have three storage lockers, and a lot of inventory for a busy season. You'll need to understand how to quickly and efficiently pull backstock for the events.

• Going to the storage lockers (Manhattan Mini Storage at Hudson Yards) and pulling the inventory needed. You will receive an Excel doc the night before with the items needed.
• The inventory is relatively lightweight (art prints, ornaments, mugs, tote bags, etc) but as product sells you'll need combine and downsize boxes.
• Load the inventory into your vehicle, and drive it to the east side of Bryant Park (parking in the loading zone is allowed for vendors).
• We supply a rolling cart and reusable bags for delivering the product. You roll the cart to the booth (we're near the 40th St entrance, where there is a ramp to enter the park). You drop off the bags in the booth by no later than 9:45am, and pick up any empty bags. You don't need to return to return to storage when done.
• Twice a week, on Fridays and Mondays, you'll continue on from Bryant Park to Columbus Circle and will drop off product there as well.
• My booth has a relatively high turnover so it can take a bit of time to pull everything needed. Once you've pulled the merch, it can typically fit on one dolly. It can take about 2 hours to pull the inventory, so to be safe I'd say the hours you'd be working are roughly 7am - 10:30am. This particular storage location is open 24 hours, so you are welcome to arrive even earlier.
  
  The storage locker is very well organized and everything is labeled and categorized.

• $35/hour, plus mileage from storage to the booth. You must be experienced with the Manhattan congestion zones as I will not cover tolls incurred in and out of the zone. The route from storage to the holiday events is all within the zone, so this should not be a problem.
• October 25 - Dec 31.
• plus one or two half days of paid training at storage so you can see how it's all organized. Training is $25/hour and it would be in mid October before the market starts.
• You'll train with me or my husband but will be working on your own the rest of the time. As such, I'm looking for a self-starter type of person who is organized and highly dependable.
