The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high‑quality customer service.

This role plays a critical part in supporting patient safety, comfort, and independence.

• Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 10:00 pm , with on-call rotation.

• On‑call once every 3to 4weeks

• Paid an on‑call stipend

• Paid from the moment you leave home for a call

  40 hoursin the week

• Techs can take vehicle home for on-call duties – With management approval

• Service radius up to2hours from the branch

• $18.68 - $24.00per hour

• Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location

• Eligible for Safe Driver Bonus

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment ranging from 10lbs– 160lbsas part of daily deliveries and setups

• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes

• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use

• Offera high levelof customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life‑sustaining needs

• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle

• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed

• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately

• Maintain supply components in patient profiles

• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs

• Perform routine vehicle checks

• Supportadditionalduties as assigned

• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50lbs.as part of daily deliveries andset-ups

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At leastone-yearof related work experience is required

• 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program

• English reading, writing, and speaking skills
