Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $28.79 / hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate’s education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

The Picker is a warehouse personnel employee responsible for ensuring the correct product is loaded onto the truck. This role validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety.

• Load and unload delivery and over‑the‑road trucks
• Build palletized loads from computer‑generated load sheets
• Utilize lean six‑sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators
• Ensure load product meets Anheuser‑Busch standards. Quality is everything to us
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to stack, move, and sort products weighing up to 48 lbs. for delivery loads
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Be able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 48 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

• Able to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 48 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
