Operations Warehouse Clerk

Location: Durham

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Operations Clerk / Shipping Receiving professional to join their team.  As an Operations Clerk / Shipping Receiving, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently

+ Check order confirmations for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

+ Receive shipments, inspect deliveries, and assist with product assembly

+ Pull, package, and palletize orders for shipment

+ Oversee shipment scheduling, track deliveries, and manage logistics details

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

+ Excellent computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

+ Forklift certification is preferred, with the ability to operate a scissor lift

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
