Match SAP purchase orders (PO) with receiving vendor paperwork;
Enter/document each item quantity received in SAP;
Communicate discrepancies between SAP PO and inbound paperwork to the unit buyer;
Manage unit POs in SAP to ensure all are accounted for;
Assist with month-end MF47 clearing and support inventory data entry
