Storekeeper

We are looking for a proactive Storekeeper / Material Coordinator / Stockkeeper to join our team supporting offshore projects.

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and yard operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued according to project schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, including stock counts, traceability, and documentation updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare, package, and stage tools, components, and consumables for offshore deployment.
• Support material inspections and work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Provide timely material support to project managers, technicians, and site teams.
• Ensure warehouse, yard, and laydown areas comply with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Material Coordinator, Stockkeeper, or similar role—ideally within energy, marine, or maritime projects.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a safety-first mindset.

• Full GWO or BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS (issued within the last 24 months), plus GWO Working at Heights and GWO Manual Handling
• OEUK Offshore Medical or USCG Medical (CG-719K)
