Position Purpose
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
- Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Branch/Warehouse Manager

None
Minimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Involves active physical work.
Work ConditionsWork performed in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature variations. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English. Bilingual (Spanish) may be required in certain locations.
- Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
Forklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained through company training post‑hire).
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent. No preferred education beyond this.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
CertificationsForklift certification preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary ranges from $19.00 to $22.88 per hour, with potential for overtime based on business needs. Hourly associates may also be eligible for performance‑based bonus programs, commissions, a car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
