Warehouse Associate, General Labor, Material Handler
The Warehouse Associate at Fuze Health plays a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the timely and accurate handling of medical supplies and equipment.
Job SummaryReporting to the Warehouse Operations Leader, this individual contributor collaborates cross-functionally with various teams and is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment—all while maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient work environment within the respective Fuze Rx location.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Receiving & Organization:
Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming medical supplies and equipment. - Order Fulfillment & Shipment Preparation:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to varying order requirements. - Workplace Maintenance & Safety:
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. - Inventory Tracking:
Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records in real time. - Inventory Audits:
Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies. - Shipping & Receiving:
Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols. - Issue Resolution:
Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment or inventory-related issues. - General Warehouse Support:
Assist with other warehouse operations and tasks as assigned by leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment—experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in regulated environments.
- Experience supporting fulfillment for healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply chains.
Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move frequently around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
Salary and Benefits- Salary Range: $19.00-$21.50 per hour.
