About the Role
Joining the Logistics and Operations team, the Logistics Associate will focus on the day-to‑day flow of eCommerce orders, returns, and inventory between our warehouse and customer service team. This role is a critical bridge between systems, people, and product, making sure every order ships accurately, every return is processed efficiently, and every customer issue gets resolved quickly.
Responsibilities- Manage the daily order fulfillment process across Retrofê and , ensuring timely and accurate shipments through our 3PL/warehouse partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and HQ, troubleshooting fulfillment issues, shipping delays, and inventory discrepancies as they arise.
- Partner closely with the Customer Service team to resolve order‑related inquiries, expedite shipments, and handle escalations with care and urgency.
- Process and audit returns, exchanges, and refunds in Net Suite, ensuring inventory is accurately reflected and restocked.
- Manage the refurbishing of damaged product and dry‑cleaning, coordinating with 3rd party providers and working closely with the Planning team to return inventory to sellable condition.
- Track and document warehouse issues as they relate to the eCommerce platform, identifying recurring pain points and partnering with internal teams to drive resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels across channels and flag any stock discrepancies, allocation issues, or replenishment needs.
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) on claims, lost packages, and shipping rate optimization.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with eCommerce, Wholesale, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Contribute to team projects aimed at streamlining logistics and warehouse processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred Fashion Merchandising).
- 2–3 years of logistics, fulfillment, or operations experience in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, and shipping carrier processes.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and follows through.
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with Shopify & Net Suite is a plus.
