** Job Responsibilities
*** Assist with maintaining a safe environment within the warehouse.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels and records.
* Organizing Stock Requests, and ensuring they are placed on the log to fulfill requests by employees.
* Reporting all/any incorrect information on Stock Requests and PO’s to Management within a timely manner.
* Closing out Stock Requests as they are turned in by employees within Warehouse systems.
* Receiving in PO’s based on what the vendor delivers to Warehouse.
* Verify appropriate receipt of all items delivered; verifies quantities ordered, physical conditions, and specification of products before stored or delivered to a department. Any deliveries without a purchase order must be investigated and mostly rejected at receiving.
* Inspect food quality at receiving using best judgement and ensures all food & beverage deliveries are received in conjunction with the order forms.
* Maintain departmental shipping/receiving logs to ensure accurate tracking. All purchasing orders must state the status of the delivery (i.e., open, received, partial)
* Ensure all Receiving Reports are completed daily in a timely manner.
* Assist with all month end and quarterly inventories of non-food and food & beverage.
