Job Summary
Beacon Medaes is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Associate to support efficient warehouse operations at our upcoming new facility in Rock Hill, SC. The role involves accurately picking, inspecting, kitting, and processing materials while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization. This includes timely inbound and outbound shipment execution, inventory handling, and consistent housekeeping practices to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately pick components and quantities based on the picklist using a hand scanner, and place them in the kitting area.
- Kit and repack picked materials in correct packaging while ensuring quality standards.
- Inspect components for accuracy, damage, or defects.
- Load, unload trucks, check in products, match purchase orders to packing slips, and distribute items to designated warehouse locations.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time fulfillment of customer demands.
- Sort and position products on racks, shelves, or bins according to the predetermined coding system.
- Open boxes, crates, and other containers when products are shipped in to verify quality and record damage or defects.
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed using the appropriate ERP system.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that is accessible to employees and visitors at all times.
- Ensure daily housekeeping standards are met through high regard for safety and quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities

- Show reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly learn a variety of products and systems.
- Perform effectively in both team and independent settings with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible and available to support on‑call needs outside standard operating hours.
- Prior experience operating a forklift, reach truck, and/or other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with SAP, shipping systems, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with 5S methodology (a plus).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, twist, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
