Production Support Associate; Part Time

Location: Cheektowaga, NY (Buffalo area)

Schedule: 4-day work week. Sundays and Fridays mandatory (2:00 pm-10:30 pm). The other 2 shifts will be based on business need.

Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast‑paced, clean healthcare environment. You will pick, pack, and verify orders while ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

• Pick and pack prescription orders for shipment

• Verify accuracy and quality of orders before shipping

• Use scanners and computer systems to process work

• Track and update order status in the system

• Communicate issues or discrepancies to the team

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow safety guidelines and healthcare standards

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience

• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills

• Experience in warehouse, retail, stocking, or fulfillment roles

• Experience using scanners or working with inventory systems

• Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment

• This position requires regular, reliable attendance and the ability to work the scheduled hours for the position.

• Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and perform the essential functions of the job during assigned work hours.

• Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
