Warehouse Associate, 1st Shift; Inbound

Job Summary

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists on inbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. This role receives products in the inbound section and ships products in the outbound section.

First Shift (Full Time):
Monday - Friday: 3:00am - 11:30am. Overtime is mandatory daily.

• Unload trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices.
• Use Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• Follow regulations to store refrigerated products, if working with specialty products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
• Drive material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).

• 1‑2 years of inbound warehouse experience, preferred.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfort working with heights of 20‑30ft routinely.
• Good written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Willing to work overtime and other warehouse tasks (picking, packing, sweeping, etc.).
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of reading complex numeric/alphanumeric data accurately.
• Maintains concentration amid medium‑to‑high noise levels in the warehouse.
