Parts Coordinator - Diesel Fleet

At Ryder, our people are our most important asset. We are looking for a Customer Service Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, receiving, inventory, and reconciliation at a single location.

Bronx, NY
• First Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday – Friday
• Hourly (Paid Weekly).

• Conduct physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Ensure parts received are properly recorded into inventory.
• Oversee parts obsolescence.
• Ship warranty and parts returns to vendors.
• Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness.
• Contribute to cost containment through effective parts processes and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions (required).
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel; intermediate proficiency preferred.

• Hourly rate: $25.00 – $25.00.
