General Warehouse Team Member – critical role in ensuring efficient flow of materials throughout NMG’s facility.

• Separate, label and verify the count of incoming freight deliveries.
• Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Locate and pull stock for outgoing deliveries.
• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling).
• Use the computer system to locate products and stock incoming deliveries.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Shipping and Receiving responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• May work overtime when required.

• Computer skills – check email and complete online training courses.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with co‑workers to satisfy customer requirements.
• Basic mathematical calculations for accurate job tasks.
• Organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Experience using an MRP such as AS400 preferred.

The General Warehouse Associate must be able to talk and hear. The role requires regular sitting, standing, or walking for 8 hours or more in a day. Frequent activities include using hands and fingers, grasping, handling, feeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally, the individual must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
