Job Title: Warehouse and Material Specialist
Location:Orangeburg, NY– Onsite
Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Type: Contract (3 months – covering a leave of absence)

Our client is a global leader in specialized diagnostics and life sciences technologies. They are currently seeking a Warehouse and Material Specialist to support their distribution and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience looking to work in a clean, organized, and highly regulated environment focused on quality and precision.

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and process outbound shipments

• Perform data entry of transactions into inventory systems (SAP preferred)

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory maintenance

• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse

• Demonstrate expertise in assigned primary warehouse responsibilities

• Serve as a backup for non-primary warehouse functions as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience

• SAP or similar ERP system experience is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to lift and perform physical warehouse duties

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Working knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving protocols
