• Help create an oasis in Manhattan by maintaining the landscape of both the interior and exterior of occupied residential buildings.
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all on-site requirements.
• Perform general horticulture duties (planting, watering, weeding, and mulching).
• Help expedite large jobs and accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Represent the property by answering resident questions and being generally helpful while representing cultural responsibilities.
• Additional duties may be assigned by your Supervisor.

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Reliability: availability for the 90–140 day duration of the position.
• Knowledge of common New York City plants and weeds.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Weekends or overtime required on occasion.
• Strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
• Belief that doing the right thing is the only option, no matter how difficult it might be.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations at any time.
• Valid Driver's License and enrollment in the New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS) program.
• Ability to use tablet‑based work order program to complete assigned work orders.
• Basic–intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multi‑task under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Overtime available and required in emergency situations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).

Hourly Rate: $22.41 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.)
