Food & Beverage Warehouse Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Warehouse team and any other assigned departments.
• Lead by example, embody Park core values, mentor and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry best practices, policies and procedures, creating a safe and productive environment.
• Become familiar with all warehouse positions, providing back‑fill as needed.
• Perform all supervisory duties: hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, discipline.
• Enforce compliance with meal and other break requirements per state law.
• Ensure daily sign‑in sheets are completed and submitted.
• Assist with scheduling, time‑keeping and reporting activities.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures of assigned areas.
• Teach and enforce food safety guidelines and relevant Health Department requirements.
• Maintain alcohol safety practices when applicable.
• Oversee quality control of food items, ensure perishable rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness of all interior and exterior warehouse areas.
• Manage inventory: accurate receiving, order fulfillment, physical and cycle counts, waste controls.
• Interface with stakeholders on product and supply needs; coordinate with maintenance for equipment and plant needs.
• Inspect delivered products for damage, ensure invoices are received and communicated for payment.
• Ensure safety guidelines per OSHA, State and Local regulations are followed.
• Complete any other duties assigned by leadership.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of warehouse experience and/or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Must obtain forklift or other mechanical equipment certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must obtain Food Handler Safety Certification (Serv Safe or similar) within 90 days of hire, when required.
• Fluent English;
  Spanish or other bilingual skills a plus.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age to comply with Child Labor Laws.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate motorized vehicles and equipment.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, concerns positively.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, meet constant deadlines, coordinate multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; keen attention to detail and problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, remain on feet for most of the day.
• Frequent stooping, twisting, kneeling, bending, squatting or reaching above shoulders.
• Ability to remain sedentary for periods while using a computer.
• Work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas.
• Ability to withstand heat and humidity present in food stands and restaurants.
• Safe use of a step ladder.
• Carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects up to 50 pounds or more.
• Consistently use hands to grasp, control, and move objects or tools.
• Visual acuity required to see details of objects more than a few feet away.

Working Conditions:

• Job performed in office setting and indoor/outdoor park locations, with frequent interruptions and reprioritization.
• Variable outdoor temperatures: high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditions.
• Exposure to refrigerated temperatures regularly.
• Frequent repetitive motion and lifting of heavy objects.
• Some exposure to dust and chemical cleaning agents.
