Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse
The Warehouse and Materials Supervisor at PNY typically oversees 3 Warehouse Leads and roughly 20-40 employees working across multiple facilities. Assigns tasks and adjusts workloads to meet distribution and transportation needs. Schedules training and monitors employee progress, safety, quality, and productivity, and troubleshoots employee concerns. This position shares specialized knowledge with management in the development and implementation of ongoing processes or special projects and recommends process changes to eliminate repetitive problems and waste through LEAN/5S.
Coordinates employees and equipment between facilities to support the needs of the organization. Ensures efficient warehousing of pharmaceutical products through the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures. Oversees warehouse activities to facilitate the most efficient and economical use of space for storing and distributing raw material, packaging components, and finished products. Directs the warehouse leads in the organization of receiving, storing, and moving of raw materials and finished products.
Implements inventory procedures established by the company and maintains an accurate account of inventory through audits and cycle counts.
The salary range for this role starts at $80,000-$100,000.
Description Overview- Supervise departmental activities to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation.
- Direct all related personnel through training, performance appraisal, discipline, and safety compliance.
- Determine department priorities based on established weekly production schedules and make daily assignments.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Services to facilitate product/component releases, and ensure budget compliance, including allocation of team overtime and meeting other annual budget objectives.
- Monitor warehouse activity to ensure compliance with established procedures and take corrective action when necessary.
- Arrange for the maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.

- Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of four (4) years of leadership experience is required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to provide direction, guidance, and support across multiple functional areas.
- One to three (1–3) years of logistics, distribution, or warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in an FDA‑ and DEA‑regulated environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to prioritize and respond effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure situations.
- Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and drive results while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
