Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for picking orders, preparing shipments, organizing materials, and overall operations in the warehouse. This role is working our night shift from 5PM – 1:30AM

• Process and Pick Orders
• Understanding pick slips and pulling correct merchandise from the appropriate location
• Adhere to all safety & precautionary measures
• Help to prepare all customer orders to be shipped
• Properly packing and ensuring the safety of all products
• Safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask, consistently meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Passionate about Window Rama and loves the brand
• Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both orally and in writing) with associates, managers, consumers and others

• 1-2 years of warehouse and operation experience
• Previous experience working in a distribution/wholesaler environment, Forklift experience preferable
• Ability to work from 5PM-2AM Monday-Friday
• Some Saturday may be required based on season and workload

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear and lift 50+ pounds regularly with and without the assistance of machines. The employee can expect to work in a favorable warehouse environment.
