Team Lead, Warehouse

• Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating the activities of a designated team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team members.
• Assist in maintaining workflow, productivity, and compliance with policies.
• Lead and support a team in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity and compliance with standards.
• Train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
• Perform regular quality and inventory checks.

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

Demonstrates strong leadership in coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and maintaining productivity standards. Proficient in training and mentoring team members while managing inventory control and logistics processes.
