About the Role A fast-growing product business is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to keep things running smoothly across vendors, warehousing, and logistics. This is a role for a natural problem-solver someone who spots issues before they escal
Key Responsibilities Vendor & Client Management- Manage relationships with client vendors and act as the key point of contact
- Renegotiate terms and agreements with vendors to keep the business competitive
- Oversee warehousing, shipping, and logistics operations
- Step in hands-on with day-to-day challenges, including handling pallets and shipments when needed
- Troubleshoot issues across the business and resolve them proactively
- Handle employee relations and keep the team running smoothly
- Take initiative on any problem that arises and follow through to completion
- Strong people, organization, and communication skills
- A self-starter who takes responsibility and solves problems independently
- Energetic, driven, and hands-on with a get-it-done attitude
