Pharmacy Order Selector

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Order Selector for 1st shift (8am start). In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage pharmacy orders in a fast-paced distribution environment, following RF scanner instructions and standard operating procedures. You will verify drug names, NDCs, quantities, and lot numbers, label and seal totes, and prepare pallets for shipment. You'll follow strict safety, quality, and HIPAA guidelines while meeting productivity targets.

This position requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-50 lbs and working collaboratively to ensure timely, accurate medication delivery to patients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage pharmacy orders using RF scanners
• Verify drug names, NDCs, quantities, and lot numbers before packing
• Label, seal, and organize totes and pallets for shipment
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards in order fulfillment
• Follow all safety, security, and HIPAA guidelines in the distribution area
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve order issues
• Report damaged, expired, or incorrect products promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
