Group Leader, Distribution

CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams in our Transportation & Logistics network. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily distribution center activities-staffing, inventory flow, picking, packing, and shipping-to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time delivery of products that support patients' health. You will manage performance, coach associates, track KPIs using WMS and related systems, and champion a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations within the warehouse to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
• Lead, schedule, and coach warehouse associates, providing feedback, training, and performance management
• Monitor inventory flow, order picking, packing, and shipping accuracy to support on time deliveries
• Ensure compliance with CVS Health policies, OSHA standards, and GMP/safety procedures
• Use WMS and related systems to track KPIs, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with transportation, supply chain, and store support teams to resolve service issues
• Assist with labor planning, staffing, and shift assignments to meet volume demands
• Support implementation of Lean/continuous improvement projects and standard work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit ready warehouse environment
• Generate and review reports on productivity, errors, and service levels
