Order Selector

CVS Health is seeking a dependable Order Selector for 2nd shift to support our healthcare distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage pharmaceutical and medical products using RF scanners and warehouse systems while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will verify orders, follow cold-chain and handling requirements, and prepare pallets for shipment. The position requires frequent lifting, use of warehouse equipment, and strict adherence to cGMP, OSHA, and company policies.

You'll work collaboratively with team members to ensure on-time, accurate orders that support patients and CVS pharmacies nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack medication and medical product orders using RF scanners
• Verify product, quantities, and lot numbers against order documentation
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets or totes for outbound shipment
• Follow all safety, c
• GMP, and CVS Health distribution policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality targets for 2nd shift
• Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and safety hazards promptly
• Support cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure on-time order fulfillment
