Equipment Operator

CVS Health is seeking an Equipment Operator to support Transportation & Logistics in our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload products, ensuring accurate inventory flow to pharmacies and distribution points. You'll follow safety, quality, and GMP standards, complete basic equipment inspections, and use warehouse systems to track shipments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload product.
• Follow OSHA, company safety, and quality guidelines at all times.
• Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory movement and shipments.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Stage, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment to distribution points and retail locations.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and logistics team members to meet productivity goals.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
• Support CVS Health's culture of integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
