** Lift Truck Operator 1 (LTO1)
** plays an essential role in keeping warehouse and production operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is responsible for material handling, inventory support, loading and unloading shipments, staging product, and processing production receipts.
We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused team player who can work independently, operate warehouse equipment confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

**? What You'll Need*
* +
** 1-2 years of warehouse experience
** operating lift trucks, such as sit-down double-fork or sit-down clamp trucks
+ Ability to successfully complete a forklift training program or demonstrate safe forklift operation through an on-site skills test
+ Previous forklift training or current certification

+ Ability to obtain and maintain valid
** Pactiv Forklift and Safety Certifications*
* + Experience using warehouse equipment, scanners, and
** Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)*

+ A commitment to operating equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly
**? What You'll Do*
* As an LTO1, you will:
+ Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment to move finished goods and materials
+ Safely and efficiently
** load and unload inbound and outbound trucks*
* + Stage and store materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment
+ Use WMS tools for inventory and load management, including pick lists and PGI
+ Verify product counts, IDs, destinations, and carrier information before loading
+ Complete required shipping and inventory documentation accurately
+ Load inbound and outbound finished goods using PIC sheets or direct-load forklift functions
+ Perform material transfers accurately and according to established procedures
+ Follow all safety standards, Leader Standard Work (LSW), and company policies
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
+ Demonstrate knowledge of emergency equipment and procedures
+ Complete daily forklift inspection checklists
+ Change forklift propane tanks as needed
+ Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Work Environment*
* This position requires the ability to work in a warehouse and production environment where conditions may include
** high summer temperatures, low winter temperatures, dust, machine noise, and other typical warehouse conditions.*
* You should be comfortable maintaining focus and situational awareness while performing physical tasks and operating equipment.
