As a
Luxury Warehouse - Packing
, you'll play an essential role in preparing luxury merchandise for shipment. Every order leaving our Distribution Center reflects the care, quality, and attention to detail our clients expect. • Carefully prepare and package luxury merchandise for shipment while maintaining Moda's high standards.
• Select merchandise accurately based on customer orders.
• Verify product style, size, color, SKU, and quantity before packaging.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments, vendor returns, transfer orders, and merchandise rework as business needs require.
• Label, sort, organize, and replenish inventory within the Distribution Center.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory and order status.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily fulfillment goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate Moda's Core Values in every aspect of your work.

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in apparel, retail, or luxury goods is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work every day.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and support teammates when needed.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, including Net Suite, is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, with scheduled meal and rest breaks.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to
  40 pounds
  .
• Ability to sort, organize, and move merchandise throughout the Distribution Center.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while on duty.
• Wear closed-toe footwear appropriate for warehouse operations.
• Follow all company safety and dress code guidelines.

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m.
• Schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
• Additional hours, including overtime, may be required during peak business periods to support operational needs.

$17.00-$22.00 per hour
