Join our team of dedicated professionals who help ensure patients receive the medical supplies they need every day. We are seeking a reliable Shipping Assistant to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

• Hourly rate : 16-18/hr
• Weekly pay in New York

• Prepare and package orders for shipment daily
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect incoming products and report any damage
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates
• Inspect and process returned products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
• Occasionally lift items weighing more than 10 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and computer use
• Ability to perform routine warehouse duties throughout the workday
