Salary: $22.50 – $28.00 per hour (Based on experience; compliant with NY salary transparency standards)

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will handle incoming shipments, organize inventory, pack orders, and ensure our facility remains safe and efficient.

• Receive incoming freight, scan barcodes, and verify manifest accuracy.
• Stock warehouse shelves and optimize storage space for easy retrieval.
• Pick, pack, and label outbound orders accurately according to packing slips.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock tracking accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading vehicles as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Familiarity with basic inventory handheld scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
