Warehouse Associate

Join the Distribution Center team at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Warehouse Associate. In this fast-paced wholesale environment, you'll receive, pick, pack, and ship sporting goods and apparel to stores and e-commerce customers nationwide. Operate material handling equipment, stage outbound orders, and maintain accurate inventory while meeting productivity and quality standards. You'll follow all safety procedures, keep work areas clean, and use RF scanners and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to stores and e-commerce customers
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment safely
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to maintain inventory accuracy
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Label, palletize, and stage outbound freight for carrier pickup
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Support cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
