- Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
- Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
- Load and unload trailers as needed
- Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment
- Demonstrate commitment to process excellence
- Demonstrate understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
- Perform inbound receiving processes
- Work 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
- Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
- Applicants receiving a conditional offer may be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
- Compliance with GXO COVID safety policies and CDC, OSHA, state and local requirements
Demonstrates expertise in operating powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers while adhering to safety and quality standards. Proven ability to maintain a clean work environment and effectively communicate within a team setting.
