Warehouse Supervisor

Location: East Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Approximately 4:00/5:00 AM to 12:00 PM

We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a food distribution company in East Brooklyn.

This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who can lead the operation while also working alongside the team. The position includes overseeing inventory, receiving and preparing daily deliveries, moving product, and handling basic office and administrative tasks.

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Receive, organize, and prepare daily deliveries
• Manage inventory and warehouse organization
• Monitor and update the inventory system
• Load, unload, and move boxes and products
• Operate a forklift/Hi-Lo as needed
• Send bills and handle basic office paperwork
• Place supplier and inventory orders as needed
• Ensure orders and deliveries are prepared accurately and on time
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
  
  Assist with physically demanding warehouse work when needed
• Help direct and support warehouse employees during the shift

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to take responsibility for a shift
• Experience with inventory, receiving, shipping, and deliveries
• Some office or administrative work experience
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory software
• Quick learner who can learn billing, ordering, and inventory processes
• Forklift/Hi-Lo experience preferred
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes throughout the shift
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Available to work approximately 4:00/5:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Able to work on-site in East Brooklyn
