Part-Time Fulfillment Associate

We’re looking for aPart-Time Fulfillment Associate to support our Fulfillment & Operations Teams. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys making sure the little details are done right. You’ll be an essential part of the team that helps our customers — including independent boutiques, multi‑brand retailers, and individual direct‑to‑consumer customers — receive beautiful, error‑free products on time, with clear & prompt communication along the way.

• Pick, Pack, and Ship:
  Assemble customer orders with care & accuracy
• Inventory Help:
  Restock supplies, count items, and report inventory levels or issues
• Receive Deliveries:
  Assist with unpacking, checking, and storing inbound shipments
• Keep the Space Tidy:
  Maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Quality Control:
  Spot-check products for damage or defects before they go out the door
• Data Entry & Management:
  Support fulfillment and operations efforts
• Contribute to Team Growth:
  Bring ideas for improving systems, tools, and processes as Apply scales

• Are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy hands‑on work & being on your feet
• Are looking for consistent work with stability
• Communicate clearly & ask questions when needed
• Can lift boxes (up to ~30 lbs) & move around during shifts
• Are curious about how creative businesses operate and grow
• Have prior fulfillment, warehouse, or retail experience
• Have an interest in design, art, or consumer products (a plus!)

• Airtable– for inventory & operations tracking
• Shopify– to manage orders & products
• Slack– for team communication
• Google Sheets / Excel– for data entry & tracking
• Faire– for wholesale order management
• Etsy - For DTC Order Management
• Google Drive– for document management
• Ramp & Quickbooks – for invoicing, accounts payable & receivable
• Claude - to help troubleshoot problems on the floor and suggest ways to make our processes run smoother

• $20/hour, paid biweekly
• Part-time (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 AM - 6 PM, but open to other day combinations)
• Based in our Brooklyn studio (Dumbo)
