Sr. Associate, Computer OPS

Location: Montgomery, NY
Schedule:
Night Shift | 4:30 PM to Completion
On-Site | Distribution Center | Warehouse Operations Support

About the Role

The Sr. Associate, Computer OPS helps keep warehouse and fulfillment operations running smoothly by monitoring order flow, supporting warehouse systems, analyzing reports, and resolving operational issues. This role works closely with operations, inventory, transportation, and customer service teams to maintain service levels, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
  • Monitor order flow and ensure orders are released for processing on time
  • Investigate and resolve unreleased orders and operational exceptions
  • Track and coordinate resolution of problem orders to prevent service delays
  • Monitor warehouse systems and elevate technical issues when needed
  • Generate and distribute operational reports
  • Review reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and operational concerns
  • Prepare and maintain compliance and inventory-related reporting
  • Support warehouse operations through system monitoring and issue resolution
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for printers and operational equipment
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve system and equipment issues
  • Communicate operational updates, risks, and service impacts to leadership
  • Partner with inventory, transportation, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and productivity
Basic Requirements
  • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, order management, administrative support, or a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience reviewing reports and operational data
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or fulfillment environment
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), or similar operational software
  • Experience supporting inventory control or order management processes
  • Experience preparing operational, compliance, or regulatory reports
  • Experience troubleshooting operational equipment or system issues
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
  • On-site role in a fast-paced distribution and fulfillment center
  • Night shift schedule: 4:30 PM to Completion
  • Frequent interaction with warehouse operations, inventory, transportation, and customer service teams
  • Combination of computer-based work, reporting, system monitoring, and operational support
  • Environment focused on safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service
  • Overtime may be required based on operational needs
