Bronx, NY 10474, Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a Full-Time Inventory Associate. The Inventory Associate is responsible for the verification, accuracy, processing and management of warehouse product inventory. Inventory data processing required while keeping inventory information correct and accurate.

Pay: $20.00/per hour

Responsibilities:

Documentation of product supplier/inventor, counts and other relevant information
Verify Inventory management information accuracy
Ensure all working and common areas are kept clean and organized
Learn and retain product knowledge and specifications
Effectively work in cooperation with safety department staff and management on duties assigned
Performs related duties as assigned.
Jack and Hilo experience a must.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 80lbs.
This is a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Minimum

Experience and Qualifications:

Punctuality/Reliability/Flexibility.
Ability to read and write.
Attention to detail.
Desire to learn and adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge in warehouse operations and products helpful.

Preferred

Experience and Qualifications:

Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
