Founded in 2021, Abbode is a New York City-based embroidery and lifestyle brand offering accessories, apparel, home goods, and more. Headquartered in New York City, with a flagship boutique in Soho, we sell across ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and live events.

We're growing across channels and expanding into new product categories, and we're investing in the people and processes that will support our next stage of growth.

We're looking for a hands-on, highly organized Inventory & Fulfillment Associate to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your primary focus will be receiving incoming inventory, organizing products and storage areas, maintaining accurate inventory records, and creating practical processes that improve how we work. You'll also support fulfillment needs as required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. You'll take ownership of the details, help make products easier to locate and track, and work closely with our team to keep inventory organized as the business grows.

This is an in-person-only position.

• Receive and unpack incoming inventory, verify quantities against shipment records, and check products for damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately record incoming products and inventory movements in our systems.
• Organize, label, and maintain shelves, bins, and storage areas so products are easy to locate and access.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and help keep physical inventory aligned with system records.
• Coordinate inventory movements and replenishment to support embroidery, retail, and fulfillment needs.
• Create and document clear processes for inventory intake, storage, labeling, counting, and replenishment.
• Identify day-to-day inefficiencies and work with the team to implement improvements.
• Support fulfillment as needed, including picking, packing, checking order accuracy, and preparing shipments.
• Keep inventory and fulfillment areas clean, orderly, and ready for daily operations.
• Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, and other issues promptly.

• Experience in inventory, stockroom operations, receiving, retail operations, or fulfillment.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• A proactive approach—you notice what needs to be done and follow through.
• An interest in creating structure, improving processes, and finding more efficient ways to work.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and learning inventory systems;
  Shopify experience is a plus.
• The ability to balance priorities and stay accurate in a busy environment.
• A dependable, collaborative working style and a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfort with hands-on work, including unpacking deliveries, organizing shelves, and moving inventory.

• You'll play a direct role in building the operational foundation behind Abbode's growth. Your work will help the team find products faster, maintain reliable inventory, and get orders out accurately. As our operations evolve, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve everyday processes, and grow alongside the business.

Pay range from $25-$30
