Senior Warehouse Operations Manager – Inventory & Storage

Our client, a commercial workplace services company, is seeking an experienced warehouse leader to oversee long‑term client inventory and storage operations. This person will lead the warehouse team, improve processes, and ensure inventory is accurately tracked, organized, and available when needed.

• Manage daily storage operations, including inventory movement, retrieval, and redeployment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and consistent use of the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Establish clear procedures for labeling, scanning, storage locations, cycle counts, and audits.
• Improve space utilization, productivity, and workflow.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate with project management, account management, and logistics teams to meet client needs.
• Track performance, identify recurring issues, and implement lasting improvements.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms, inventory controls, and warehouse processes.
• Proven ability to develop teams and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing complex or varied client inventory is a plus.
